Hypnobirthing statistics show that practitioners experience higher satisfaction, reduced need for pain relief, lower C-section rates, and shorter labor times compared to national averages.

One study found that women using a specific hypnobirthing program were almost 50% less likely to require a C-section. Other data suggests that as many as 69% of users did not need any pain relief. Research has also shown a reduction in birth pain and fear, improved birth experience, and lower rates of stress and anxiety among hypnobirthing mothers.
